Who: Our candidates:

are unemployed or underemployed, or simply looking for a meaningful career
represent all ethnicities and communities
range in age from 18 to 50
are single or partnered, with or without children
have the desire to train for physically and mentally challenging jobs that involves hands-on labor
are looking for career-level jobs that offer opportunities for advancement and economic security
