Raymond Quartararo

We are excited to spotlight Raymond Quartararo as an honoree of Nontraditional Employment for Women’s 2026 Equity Leadership Awards Luncheon! 

Raymond Quartararo is a Managing Director and Head of Global Workplace, Design & Construction within Global Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he leads the firm’s global capital project execution. He oversees a worldwide team of more than 600 professionals delivering retail, corporate, and mission-critical projects valued at approximately $3 billion annually across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. 

In addition to leading global construction efforts, Raymond oversees JPMorgan Chase’s global design business, shaping workplace strategy and design standards that support innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact. Under his leadership, nearly 30,000 workplace seats are upgraded each year through thoughtful design, advanced technologies, and intelligent solutions. 

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Raymond held senior leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he guided major development initiatives and contributed to some of New York City’s most iconic projects. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to industry leadership and philanthropy, serving on the Board of the New York Building Congress and supporting organizations that strengthen communities and future generations.
